Everything you need to know about running a wallet-based loyalty program with Rewaro.

What is Rewaro?
Rewaro is a wallet-first digital loyalty platform for merchants in Kuwait and the GCC. Customers earn points or visit stamps through your POS or web dashboard, and carry their loyalty pass directly in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — no additional app required.
Do my customers need to download a separate app?
No. Customers add their loyalty pass to the wallet they already have on their phone — Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. There is no Rewaro consumer app to download. This dramatically reduces friction and increases adoption.
How does earning points or visits work?
Merchants configure their loyalty program rules — points per KWD spend, minimum spend, or visit stamps. When a purchase is made, points are recorded through the Rewaro dashboard (manual entry) or automatically via the Foodics POS integration. Customer passes update automatically when they open their wallet.
Which POS systems do you integrate with?
The primary integration is Foodics, the leading restaurant management system in the GCC. When a customer is matched to their Rewaro record (by phone number or email), points are credited automatically from the order. Additional POS integrations are planned for future releases.
How do customers redeem rewards?
Merchants can see qualified rewards in the customer record inside the dashboard and redeem them at the point of service. Redemptions are logged in the ledger for full auditability.
Is this only for restaurants?
No. Rewaro supports cafés, restaurants, salons, laundries, gyms, and any multi-branch retail operator. The program types — points, visits, and VIP tiers — are designed to fit a wide range of merchant categories common in Kuwait and the GCC.
What countries do you support?
Rewaro is built Kuwait-first. The pricing and onboarding flows are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Expansion to other GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) is on the public roadmap.
How much does it cost?
Subscription plans start at KWD 12 per month. An early-access yearly plan is available at KWD 80 per year (equivalent to 15 months of monthly pricing). Enterprise pricing is available for large multi-branch operators — contact us for a custom quote.
How do I get started? Is there a free trial?
We activate merchants manually — registering creates a workspace in a pending state and our team reviews each application. There is no automatic self-serve checkout. Once approved, we agree commercial terms directly and activate your account. Reach out through the contact page to get the process started.
Why is activation manual and not self-serve?
We are in a controlled pilot phase focused on Kuwait merchants. Manual activation lets us ensure every merchant gets a proper onboarding walkthrough, their programs are set up correctly, and wallet passes work as expected from day one. We plan to expand access progressively as the platform scales.
Is the dashboard available in Arabic?
Yes. The merchant dashboard is available in both English and Arabic, with full RTL layout support. Merchants can switch language from the dashboard. Arabic coverage spans all primary merchant surfaces including programs, customers, rewards, campaigns, analytics, and account pages.
How is my data protected?
All data is tenant-isolated by organisation. Your customers, programs, and ledger records are never visible to other merchants. Data is stored on PostgreSQL with strict row-level scoping. We use HTTPS everywhere and standard security headers.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes. Rewaro is built for multi-branch operators. You can create and manage multiple branches, assign staff roles, and track loyalty activity per location.
