Terms of Service

1. The platform

Rewaro is a digital loyalty management platform for merchants. It enables merchants to create and manage loyalty programs (points, visit stamps, VIP tiers), issue Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes to their customers, and track loyalty activity from a web dashboard.

2. Access and activation

Merchant access is granted through a manual activation process by the Rewaro team. Registering an account creates a workspace in a pending state — it does not guarantee access to the product or constitute a commercial agreement.

Our team reviews each merchant application and agrees commercial terms directly before activating access. There is no self-serve checkout or automatic activation inside the app.

Rewaro reserves the right to decline or deactivate any account at its discretion.

3. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants using Rewaro are responsible for:

• –The accuracy of business information and customer records entered into the platform
• –Obtaining appropriate consent from customers before enrolling them in loyalty programs or issuing wallet passes
• –Compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including data protection and consumer protection regulations
• –The accuracy and fair representation of loyalty program rules, rewards, and campaign messaging sent to customers
• –Keeping login credentials and staff access secure

4. Acceptable use

Rewaro may not be used for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive loyalty programs, or for sending misleading campaign messages to customers. Merchants may not attempt to access other merchants' data or circumvent platform security controls.

Rewaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these principles, with or without prior notice.

5. Service availability

Rewaro is an actively developed platform. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime during the current pilot period. Specific SLAs will be defined in individual merchant agreements as the platform scales beyond the pilot cohort.

We will communicate planned maintenance and material disruptions through the contact email on your merchant account where possible.

6. Changes to these terms

Rewaro may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify active merchants of material changes with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
